The application process involves two<\/strong> steps: (1) submitting your contact information and a preliminary abstract. Application preference is given to those who submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. (2) Accepted applicants are then asked to register at a later time. This two-step process is necessary due to recent conference oversubscription.<\/p>\n

Timeline:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The application due date is Friday,\u00a0June 28, 2019<\/strong>. You will be notified of your acceptance status by Monday,\u00a0July 29, 2019<\/strong>. The final abstract and registration is due by Friday,\u00a0August 23, 2019.<\/strong> (No refunds after this date).<\/p>\n
