The application process involves two steps: (1) submitting your contact information and a preliminary abstract. Application preference is given to those who submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. (2) Accepted applicants are then asked to register at a later time. This two-step process is necessary due to recent conference oversubscription.

Timeline:

The application due date is Friday, June 28, 2019. You will be notified of your acceptance status by Monday, July 29, 2019. The final abstract and registration is due by Friday, August 23, 2019. (No refunds after this date).

Registration rates:

All rates include meals and a souvenir.

• Postdocs: Postdocs & Research Associates: $200
• PIs or Industry Participant: $250
