UBQLN2 forms stress-induced biomolecular condensates. – Jules Riley ’20

Our lab collaborates extensively with others in the Department of Biology at Syracuse, including Prof. Heidi Hehnly, to develop and use advanced imaging to analyze biomolecular condensates both in vitro and in cells.

We are invested in using state-of-the-art super resolution microscopy techniques to examine protein organization inside condensates in cells at sub-nanometer resolution.
