Our manuscript on how the spacing between binding sites on multivalent ligands affect scaffold phase transitions is published in PNAS!

We had a blast designing and working with a large library to polyubitquitin chains to tease out how chain architecture and conformation affect UBQLN2 phase transitions. This work is in collaboration with Jeremy Schmit who developed an analytical model to describe our experimental observations. Check out this work here.
